Intercultural Wedding Expert
Your families came to dance. I make sure they never sit down.
I’m DJ Super Duke, and I’ve spent 20+ years DJing Boston’s Afro-Caribbean scene, from The Palace in Saugus to weddings across New England and Caribbean destinations. I DJ and MC Haitian, Caribbean, African and multicultural weddings, and I know how to move a room from Kompa to Afrobeats to Soca to top-40 without losing the grandparents or the groomsmen.

I recently had the pleasure of securing Dukes DJ service for a milestone birthday! Your responsiveness to communication, transparency in pricing, professionalism and punctuality are outstanding. You had come highly recommended by a close friend and I’ve attended several weddings you had provided your DJ services for- you did not disappoint. The hosting option and uplighting were a definite plus and allowed me I enjoy the event and the 100+ guests in attendance as you helped in curating the vibe and kept everyone engaged. I look forward to working with you again. If anyone is on the fence with who to hire for your DJ and hosting services in the greater Boston area- DJ Super Duke is a no brainer and is in my opinion the best option.Posted on Google![]()

DJ Super Duke is one of the best to do it in Boston. The energy that he brings and the flow of the music and the fun that we had was unmatched. He made sure that your preference was upfront and that everyone was having fun. I love Soca and he made sure that we felt like we were back on the island. If you need a DJ that will bring energy and non stop fun, he is the man for the job. I will hire him again in the future.Posted on Google![]()

I first discovered DJ Superduke when I saw him perform at a friend’s wedding in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. My immediate reaction was, “How did I not know about this guy before?” Right then and there, my wife and I agreed we had to book him for our own wedding nine months later and we were absolutely not disappointed. From the very beginning, he was incredibly professional. He took the time to gather all the important details about our venue and equipment needs, but most importantly, he made sure he truly understood our musical taste and the diverse crowd we were expecting. He seamlessly blended everything from "chansonnettes françaises" to classics from the Haitian groups "King Posse, BC, Sweet Micky", the music we grew up with while also keeping our Jamaican and American friends on the dance floor. Whether it was getting everyone moving with 'Jerusalema", "the Cha-Cha Slide", or choosing the perfect songs at the perfect moments, he kept the energy alive for over seven straight hours. We highly recommend DJ Superduke for any event. His talent, versatility, and professionalism are unmatched.Posted on Google![]()

Our DJ was amazing! He kept everyone dancing — young, old, everybody was having a great time. The music was on point all night, and he made our wedding entrance feel epic. Since it was a Haitian party, we loved how he mixed in all the good kompa and crowd favorites. He really understood the vibe. Highly recommend!Posted on Google![]()

I don’t know what else to say about Super Duke outside of the fact that the man is truly limitless. He consistently goes above and beyond to understand what you need from an event, how to build it from the ground up, and ensure that it is in the vision that you have in mind from start to finish. I feel blessed to have had him at events for me, dating back five years, and he is responsible for being a part of several of the most important and fulfilling days/nights of my life. If you want to ensure that your event leaves an indelible mark not just on you, but on your guest and everyone else in the process, then I strongly recommend You seek out his services. He is one of one!!!Posted on Google![]()

DJ superduke, was the DJ for my daughter's sweet 16. We had guests between the ages of 10 and 55 with a mix of different ethnicities and backgrounds, and he had everyone on the dance floor all night! He did a great job collaborating the music to keep everyone hype!Posted on Google![]()

Yes. Kompa, Zouk, Raboday and Dancehall are my specialty, mixed with Afrobeats, Soca and American hits so every generation dances.

Both. Konpa is the Haitian Kreyòl spelling. Kompa (or Compas) is how most people search for it. Same music, same dance floor, and it has been my specialty for 20+ years.
Can you MC in Kreyòl or French?
Yes, and English of course.
How far ahead should we book?
Most couples book 9–12 months ahead; Saturdays May–October go first.
What does a wedding cost?
Packages start at $2,100. Every wedding is quoted after a short call.

Yes. I bring a backup laptop, controller and speakers to every wedding.
